BCSC Treatment of Christian’s Holy Day Observance

The BCSC decision admitted that the instructor/professor knew the student/myself was a Christian”, but did not include in their reasons the Admissions of Truth (officially presented to the court by the student ) by the UBC that the instructor/professor not only knew the student was a Christian but was a “practicing Christian” at all material times.

As was insinuated at UBC, the BCSC found that the student had “religious scruples” but did not make a proper religious objection that met religious objection standards. Therefore the instructor/professor did not know the student was not attending based on her religion.
